EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) SYSTEM MODULE TUBE

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the intake manifold.
2. Disconnect the 2 EGR system module-to-exhaust manifold tube flange nuts and remove the tube.
- Remove the EGR tube-to-exhaust manifold gasket and discard.
- Clean the EGR tube-to-exhaust manifold sealing surfaces.
- To install, tighten to 26 Nm (19 lb-ft).

3. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install a new EGR tube-to-exhaust manifold gasket.
