Timing Adjustments

NOTE: Anytime the sunshade motor is removed, the cables/mechanisms can experience free-play movement. It is important that the cables do not move. The mechanisms are timed to be parallel with each other. If one or both of the cables are moved in either direction, they must be re-timed.

1. Remove the sunshade motor. For additional information, refer to Sunshade Motor Sunshade Motor.

2. Carefully move the front and rear sunshades rearward to the fully OPEN position by pushing at the edges closest to the tracks.

3. Reinstall the sunshade motor. For additional information, refer to the Sunshade Motor Sunshade Motor.

4. Initialize the sunshade motor. For additional information, refer to Motor Initialization Programming and Relearning.
