DESCRIPTION

Over-torquing the Air Conditioning compressor block fitting bolt on 1986 B2000 vehicles "PUNCTURES" the compressor head gasket resulting in compressor failure. In order to eliminate this problem, it is very important that compressor block fitting bolts on ALL A/C installed vehicles are properly torqued to their required specifications as shown in the A/C Installation Instructions.


TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

B2000, RX-7 & 626: 27 - 29 ft.lbs. 323: 15 ft.lbs.
