Checking Variable Resistance:

CHECKING VARIABLE RESISTANCE
1. Disconnect LOGICON switch connector.
2. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals [c] and [e]. Fig. A Resistance should be:

Approximately 4-6 Ohms at 68° F (20° C)

3. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals [c] and [d], and terminals [e] and [d].

At MAX-COLD, resistance [c]-[d] should be greater than resistance [e]-[d].
At MAX-HOT, resistance [c]-[d] should be less than resistance [e]-[d].
