EGR Control Solenoid: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove three-way solenoid valve.
2. Connect vacuum hose to side port of valve.
3. Blow air through hose and ensure flows from bottom port.
4. Apply battery power and ground solenoid valve with jumper wires.
5. Blow air through hose and ensure air flows from valve's air filter.
6. If valve does not operate as described, replace it.
