Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Testing and Inspection

Disconnect
intake air thermo sensor connector.
2.
Connect ohmmeter to sensor terminals

Check resistance of sensor. There should be 37.3-45.6k ohms at 68°F, 10.5-12.9k ohms at 122°F and 3.1-3.8k ohms at 185°F.
