Throttle Full Close Switch: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect throttle sensor connector from throttle sensor.
2. Connect ohmmeter between terminals C and D.
3. Check for continuity between terminals C and D with feeler gage inserted between throttle stopper screw and throttle valve lever. There should be continuity with .02 inch gage and there should be no continuity with .028 inch gage.
4. If continuity is not as described, loosen screws and rotate throttle sensor to adjust.
5. Tighten screws and seal them with white paint.
6. After checking and adjusting throttle sensor, connect throttle sensor connector.
