1. Disconnect small air tube from air hose.
2. Disconnect solenoid valve connector Fig. 5.
3. Blow through air tube and ensure air does not flow.
4. If air flows, replace solenoid valve and turbocharger as an assembly.

5. Apply 12 volts and a ground to solenoid valve Fig. 6.
6. Blow through air tube and ensure air flows.
7. If air does not flow, replace solenoid valve and turbocharger as an assembly.
