Engine Control Module: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Trim Panel Removal:

Remove the right front side trim on the passenger's side.
Engine Control Unit Mounting:
3.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the ECU, then remove the mounting screws and ECU from the vehicle.
4.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
