Engine Control Module: Testing and Inspection

1. Warm up engine to normal operating temperature.
2. Lift up the floor mat in front of the passenger's seat.
3. Remove the protective cover.

ECU Voltage Inspection:





4. Turn the ignition switch on and measure the voltage of the terminals with a voltmeter and compare the voltages received with the voltages in the following table.
5. If proper voltages are not received, check all wiring, connections, and finally, check the indicated component.
