Will Not Crank, Starter Does Not Operate

Ensure battery is fully charged before performing the following tests.
1. Check for battery voltage at magnetic switch terminal B. If 12 volts, proceed to step two. If not, check wiring from battery.
2. Press in clutch and turn ignition to Start position. Check for voltage at terminal S. If 12 volts, check magnetic switch, field coil and armature. If not, inspect interlock switch, inhibitor switch, ignition switch and wiring.
