1. With caliper removed from vehicle, remove dust seal.
2. Place a piece of wood in caliper and blow compressed air, a little at a time, through flexible hose connection hole to force piston out of caliper.
3. Remove piston seal, cap and bleeder screw.
4. Check cylinder and piston for wear or rust, caliper body for damage or cracks and the boot for damage or poor sealing.
5. Coat piston seal with grease supplied in seal kit and install seal in caliper.
6. Coat piston and cylinder with brake fluid and insert piston straight into cylinder.
7. Install dust seal.
8. Coat lock bolt and boot with grease supplied in seal kit.
9. Fit boot to caliper.
