Piston & Connecting Rod
1.
Apply a liberal amount of clean engine oil to cylinder walls, pistons and
piston rings.
2.
Check
piston rings for end gap alignment.
3.
Using suitable tool, install each
piston assembly into cylinder block with L mark (left bank) and R mark (right bank) facing front of engine.
Pistons of both banks are the same.
