Variable Induction Control Valve: Testing and Inspection
ACTUATORActuator Check:
1.
Disconnect vacuum hose from actuator.
2.
Connect
vacuum pump tester to actuator.
3.
Apply vacuum and check that rod is pulled into actuator.
4.
Replace actuator if not as specified.
VALVEShutter Valve Check:
1.
Remove dynamic chamber.
2.
Check that shutter valve rod moves smoothly.
3.
Replace if necessary.
