1. With caliper removed from vehicle, remove snap ring and dust seal.
2. Place a piece of wood in caliper and blow compressed air, a little at a time, through hole to force piston out of caliper.
3. Remove piston seal, bleeder screw, sleeve bolt, dust boot and mounting support.
4. Inspect cylinder and piston for wear or rust, caliper body and mounting support for damage or cracks, sleeve bolt and sleeve for damage or wear and boots for damage or poor sealing, replacing as necessary.
5. Coat piston seal with white grease supplied in seal kit and install seal in caliper.
6. Coat piston and cylinder with brake fluid and insert piston straight into cylinder.
7. Coat dust seals with orange grease supplied in seal kit and install them.
8. Coat sleeve and boot with orange grease supplied in seal kit.
9. Install boots in caliper.
