Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

BAC Valve Replacement:

1. Remove the BAC valve in the sequence described below:
"1" Water hoses
"2" Air hoses
"3" BAC valve connector
"4" Bolts and nuts
"5" BAC valve
2. Replace the BAC valve.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
When installing the BAC valve, tighten bolts to 19-25 Nm (1.92.6 m-kg, 14-19 ft. lbs.).
After replacing the BAC valve, check for water leakage.
