Ignition System: Locations

System Description:

DISTRIBUTOR, CAP AND ROTOR
Located in front of the left side of cylinder head.

ENGINE CONTROL UNIT (ECU)
Located in the passenger side foot well area.

IGNITER
Located near the coil.

IGNITION COIL
Located on the left side of the engine compartment near the airflow meter.

IGNITION WIRES
Routed between coil, spark plugs and distributor cap.

SPARK PLUGS
One per cylinder on left side of the left cylinder head and on the right side of the right cylinder head.

TEST CONNECTOR
Located in left front corner of engine compartment near air cleaner assembly.
