Enter this Pinpoint Test only when service code 12, 13, 16 or 19 is received during Quick Test or when directed here from Pinpoint Test S.

This Pinpoint Test is only intended to diagnose the following:

1. RPM in Self-Test only.
2. Harness circuits: ISC, VPWR.
3. ECA computer processor.

To prevent replacement of good components, be aware that these non-EEC areas may be faulty:

1. Engine not at operating temperature.
2. Engine overheating.
3. A/C input (electrical problem).
4. Throttle sticking or linkage binding.
