Ignition System: Locations
System Components:
COIL WITH IGNITER (LEADING SIDE)
Located on left side inner fender near battery.
COIL WITH IGNITER (TRAILING SIDE)
Located on left side inner fender behind strut tower.
CRANK ANGLE SENSOR
Located at left front corner of engine assembly.
ENGINE CONTROL UNIT (ECU)
Located in passenger foot well.
IGNITION WIRES
Routed between coil/igniter assemblies and spark plugs.
SPARK PLUGS
Two each on left side of engine rotor housings.
TEST CONNECTOR
Located in front left corner of engine compartment near battery.
