Vehicle Speed Sensor: Testing and Inspection
Speed Sensor Testing:
1.
Remove speedometer assembly.
2.
Connect an ohmmeter between terminals "h" and "i" of the 12-pin connector.
3.
The ohmmeter should indicate four pulses (continuity interruptions) with each complete speedometer rotation.
4.
If not as specified, replace speedometer assembly.
