Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Service and Repair

Installing BAC Valve:

1. Drain coolant to below level of valve.
2. Disconnect coolant hoses, air hose, and electrical connector.
3. Remove screws and lift off valve.

NOTE: Clean all old gasket material from intake air pipe before re-installing BAC valve. Use a new gasket and O-ring.

4. On installation, tighten screws to 22 - 30 inlb (2.5 - 3.4 Nm).
