Intake Air Plenum: Service and Repair
Dynamic Chamber R&R:
REMOVAL
1. Remove throttle body.
2. Remove support brackets.
3. Disconnect vacuum hoses.
4. Disconnect PCV hose.
5. Unplug intake air thermosensor connector.
6. Disconnect ground wire.
7. Remove injector harness bracket.
8. Remove nuts and bolts and lift off chamber.
INSTALLATION
1. Install in reverse order of removal.
2. Use a new gasket and tighten nuts to specification:
DYNAMIC CHAMBER AND SUPPORT BRACKET FASTENERS
14 - 19 ftlb (19 - 25 Nm)
GROUND WIRE
69 - 95 inlb (7.8 - 11.0 Nm)
