EGR Valve Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection
Function Sensor Check:
NOTE: Perform check with engine cold.
1.
Unplug function sensor connector. Check resistance across sensor terminals.
RESISTANCE: 182 - 336K Ohms @ 68°F (20°C)

If not as specified, replace EGR valve assembly (sensor and valve are one unit).
