Fuel Filter: Service and Repair
Fuel Filter R&R:
WARNING: Always work away from sparks and open flames.
1.
Remove air cleaner assembly for access to filter.
2.
Disconnect hoses from filter.
3.
Remove filter and bracket.
4.
Place new filter in position and tighten bracket fasteners to 70 - 95.4 in lb (7.9 - 10.7 Nm).
5.
Connect and push hoses fully onto filter fittings. Install clamps.
