Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair
Catalytic Converter R&R:
1.
Remove in sequence shown.
2.
Check all components for damage, deterioration, and restriction. Repair or replace as needed.
3.
Install in reverse order of removal.

Front pipe assembly.

Three way catalyst.

Pre-silencer.
4.
Air control motor cable.
5.
Main silencer.
6.
Exhaust manifold insulator.
