Fig. 9 Rear Disc Brake Caliper Rebuild Procedure:
Remove and install parts in order as shown in
Fig. 9, noting the following:
1.
Turn adjustment gear clockwise to remove piston from caliper.
2.
Place a piece of wood into caliper, then slowly blow compressed air through brake line hole and remove piston.
3.
After piston is inserted into caliper, turn adjustment gear counterclockwise until it stops.
