Water Pump: Service and Repair
1.
Remove
timing belt as outlined under
Timing Belt, Replace.
2.
Remove water inlet and bypass pipes.

Remove water pump mounting bolts, then water pump,
Figs. 84 and 85.
4.
Reverse procedure to install. Tighten mounting bolts to specifications.
