EGR Valve: Service and Repair

Emission Component Locations:

1. Remove battery and battery tray.
2. Disconnect EGR position sensor connector and EGR valve vacuum hose.
3. Disconnect EGR pipe from valve.
4. Remove EGR valve.
5. Install in reverse order.

INSTALLATION NOTE
Be sure to remove all old gasket material from manifold surface before installing valve.
