Clutch Switch: Service and Repair

Clutch Switch Replacement:






REMOVAL

1. Disconnect switch wiring harness.
2. Push orientation clip away from switch to separate it from pin on switch.
3. Rotate switch to expose plastic retainer.
4. Push tabs together to allow retainer to slide rearward and separate from switch.
5. Remove switch from push rod.

INSTALLATION

1. Install switch on master cylinder push rod. Ensure that switch is fully seated on rod.
2. Install plastic retainer.
3. Rotate switch into necessary position to attach orientation clip.
4. Connect wiring harness.
