Inspection







1. Disconnect the EC-AT control unit connectors.
2. Connect the Engine Signal Monitor (49 9200 162A) and Adapter Harness [(49 G018 903): except B6 SOHC (California)], [(49 D019 902): B6 SOHC (California)] to the EC-AT control unit as shown.




3. Place the Sheet (49 G018 904) on the Engine Signal Monitor.
4. Measure the voltage at each terminal.
5. If any EC-AT control unit terminal voltage is incorrect, check the related input or output devices and wiring. If no problem is found, replace the EC-AT control unit.

CAUTION: Never apply voltage to SST terminals A and B.
