Transmission Temperature Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection
1.
Refer to Service and Repair for removal of the ATF thermosensor.
2.
Place the ATF thermosensor in ATF with a protective cover as shown and heat the ATF gradually.
3.
Measure resistance between the terminals of the ATF thermosensor.
4.
If not correct, replace the ATF thermosensor.
5.
Refer to Service and Repair for installation of the ATF thermosensor.
