Disassembly, Inspection and Assembly
Disassembly / Inspection / Assembly 1.
Disassemble as shown in the figure.
2.
Check the evaporator for the following and repair or replace as necessary.

Cracks, oil leaks, and other damage
-
Bent fins (Repair with a screwdriver if crimping is found.)
3.
Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
