Dropping Resistor: Testing and Inspection
DROPPING RESISTORInspection 1.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2.
Disconnect the Dropping Resistor connector.
3.
Measure the resistance between the terminals of the resistor.
Resistance: 10-14 ohms 4.
If not correct, replace the Dropping Resistor.
5.
Connect the Dropping Resistor connector.
6.
Connect the negative battery cable.
