Removal

1. Raise and support vehicle and remove front wheel assemblies.
2. Use a C-clamp to compress caliper piston into bore.
3. Drive caliper pins out.
4. Remove caliper from disc plate and position aside. Do not let caliper hang with its weight suspended by brake hose.
5. Compress anti-rattle clip and remove inner disc pad from caliper.
6. To remove outer pad from caliper, press each ear of disc pad away from caliper, slide torque buttons out of retention notches, and slide pad off.
7. Inspect all components for wear or damage.
