PURPOSE
The idle-speed control system controls the amount of "bypass air" that passes through a passage in the throttle body to improve idle stability and warm-up driveability.

CONSTRUCTION
This system consists of the Idle Air Control Solenoid, Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and input devices.
