Clutch: Service and Repair

1. Remove clutch slave cylinder as described under Clutch Slave Cylinder, Replacement.
2. Remove transmission.
3. Remove release bearing from fork, then remove fork.
4. Remove clutch cover and disc as follows:
a. Install clutch alignment tool through center of cover.
b. Loosen each bolt one turn at a time in a crossing pattern until spring tension is released.
c. Remove clutch cover and disc.

5. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.
