EGR Valve Position Sensor: Service and Repair
View: EGR Control Valve:
1.
Disconnect vacuum hose and unplug function sensor connector. Unscrew EGR pipe fitting.
2.
To facilitate clearance, remove battery and battery tray. Remove fasteners and lift off valve.
3.
Clean manifold surface.
4.
Fit valve with new gasket. Tighten fasteners to
19 - 25 Nm (14 - 18 ft.lb.)
