Battery Precautions

- Never use a booster/starter with voltage rating above 12 Volts to start engine.
- Ensure battery is properly connected to vehicle before attempting to start engine.
- Do not disconnect battery when engine is running.
- When charging battery, disconnect battery cables.
- Avoid creating sparks near battery. It contains acid and produces explosive gas (hydrogen).
