No-Load Test
1.
Ensure all electrical loads are off and brake pedal is released.
2.
Install ammeter as shown in
Fig. 7, then start engine and raise RPM to between 2,500 - 3,000 RPM.

alternator output is at least 5 amps. If not, replace alternator as necessary.
