Speed Will Not Set In System

1. Ensure actuator is connected and adjusted properly.
2. Ensure proper electrical and vacuum connections. If problem is found, repair as needed.
3. Perform control switch test as outlined in System Diagnosis & Testing. If system is still not functioning properly go to next step.
4. Perform dump valve test as outlined in System Diagnosis & Testing. If system is still not functioning properly go to next step.
5. Perform clutch switch test as outlined in System Diagnosis & Testing. If system is still not functioning properly go to next step.
6. Ensure brake light system is working. If not working, test brake light system. if working, perform switch test as outlined in System Diagnosis & Testing. If system is still not functioning properly go to next step.
7. Ensure proper actuator operation. Perform actuator tests as outlined in System Diagnosis & Testing. If system is still not functioning properly, go to next step.
8. Perform speed sensor test as outlined in System Diagnosis & Testing.
