Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Testing and Inspection
Inspection 1.
Remove the volume air flow sensor.
2.
Check the volume air flow sensor body for cracks.
3.
Check that the measuring plate moves smoothly.
4.
Move the measuring plate and check for resistance between the terminals with an ohmmeter.
5.
If not as specified, replace the volume air flow sensor.
