A/C Cut-Off System

Purpose
The A/C cut-off system is used to improve acceleration performance and idle smoothness just after engine starting.

Operation
At Acceleration
The A/C is cut-off for approx. 5 sec. when all of the conditions below are met.
1. A/C switch ON.
2. Except park/neutral position.
3. Throttle valve opening angle more than 50 °. (more than half throttle).

Just After Engine Starting
The A/C is cut off for approx. 10 sec. just after the engine is started.
