EGR Valve: Service and Repair
View: EGR Valve:
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect
EGR vacuum hose.
2.
Unplug
EGR valve position sensor connector.
3.
Remove fasteners and lift off
EGR valve.
4.
Clean gasket mating surfaces.
INSTALLATION 1.
Fit valve with new gasket. Tighten fasteners to
19 - 25 Nm (14 - 18 ft.lb.) 2.
Connect vacuum hose.
3.
Plug in
EGR valve position sensor connector.
