Transmission Speed Sensor: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the resonance duct and the air cleaner housing assembly.
3. Disconnect the input/turbine speed sensor connector.


View: Resistance Check:





4. Measure resistance between the terminals A and B of the input/turbine speed sensor.

Resistance: 200 - 400 Ohms

5. If not correct, replace the input/turbine speed sensor.
6. Install the air cleaner housing assembly and the resonance duct.
7. Connect the negative battery cable.
