Idle Up Control Valve: Testing and Inspection

NOTE: The test steps below apply to both solenoids of the bypass air control system.
- Bypass air solenoid valve No.1
- Bypass air solenoid valve No.2

Inspection
1. Remove the bypass air solenoid valve.
2. Verify that air flows as shown below.

Specification:

3. If not as specified, replace the bypass air solenoid valve.
4. Repeat test steps for the other bypass air solenoid valve as needed.
