System Inspection

1. Connect the data link connector terminals TEN and GND by using a jumper wire.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

3. Rotate the throttle link by hand and verify that the coolant fan and condenser fan operate at high speed.
4. Disconnect a jumper wire.
5. If not as specified, inspect following;
- ECM terminal voltages
3X (Closed throttle position switch)
4V (Data link connector terminal TEN)
- Coolant fan relays No.1, No.2 and No.3
- Condenser fan relays No.1, No.2
