System Inspection

1. Connect the data link connector terminals TEN and GND by using a jumper wire.
2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

3. Rotate the throttle link by hand and verify that the coolant fan and condenser fan operate.
4. Disconnect a jumper wire.
5. If not as specified, inspect following.
- ECM terminal voltages
3L (Closed throttle position switch)
1I (Data link connector terminal TEN)
- Coolant fan relay
- Condenser fan relays No.1, No.2
