Fuel Delivery and Air Induction: Service and Repair

Removal/Inspection/Installation
1. Remove in the order shown in the figure, referring to Removal Note.
2. Inspect all parts and repair or replace as necessary.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal, referring to Installation Note.

15. Vacuum hose
16. Intake manifold
17. Idle air control
18. AWS solenoid valve
19. Charge air cooler





Removal Note
1. Loosen the drain plug and radiator cap and drain the coolant from radiator.
2. Remove the water hose from the throttle body.
3. After installation of the throttle body, refill the radiator.




Installation Note
Install the air intake hose clamp and hose same place as shown in the figure.
