Speed Control System Does Not Disengage When Brakes Are Applied
1. Ensure brake light system is working. If not working, test brake light system. if working, go to step 2.
2. Ensure vacuum dump valve is functioning. If not functioning, repair as needed, if functioning, refer to System Diagnosis & Testing.
3. Perform actuator tests as outlined in System Diagnosis & Testing.
