EGR Valve: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT
Plug the water hoses after disconnecting them.





- Remove the EGR valve in the sequence shown below.
- EGR hoses
- Vacuum hose
- EGR valve position sensor connector
- EGR valve and gasket
- Install a new gasket, and then install the EGR valve in the reverse order of removal.
